Please allow 3-9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USP / Canada Post or DHL. Once your order has shipped, the carrier company is solely responsible for delivery. Auro Jewelry has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USP / Canada Post or DHL for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, Auro Jewelry might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
